Gallala Law Firm advised the private equity fund Koinos Capital, an asset management company that supports companies by sharing a growth project with entrepreneurs and managers through a buy & build approach, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Tre Zeta, a company specialized in the production of soles for the high fashion footwear sector.

The Gallala Law Firm team was led by Zied Gallala (Partner). Koinos was also assisted by Alpeggiani Studio Legale Associato, with a team coordinated by partner Laura Fiordelisi.

Russo De Rosa Associati Studio Legale e Tributario, assisted Koinos in the tax and legal due diligence and in the structure of the transaction with a team coordinated by Leo De Rosa.

The transaction involved the chairman Beppe Fumagalli and the founding partners Marco Airoldi, Marco Morgese and Francesco Fumagalli.

LCA Studio Legale assisted the selling shareholders with a team led by Roberto de Bonis (Partner).
