Our History

Founded in 2009, Gallala Law Firm is a business law firm consists of lawyers with high competencies after long years of service in the most prestigious law firms.

Arbitration, Litigation and Mediation

Alternative conflict resolution is at the very heart of our firm’s activities. Our team members have specifically been trained to master commercial mediation and arbitration. We have developed extensive expertise in this field of activity and we support our clients in these particular proceedings. Our firm defends our clients’ commercial and financial rights in court, whether as claimants or as defendants. We intervene before the different types of courts: the Courts of Appeal, the Court of Cassation, and in the national and international arbitration procedures. Our team intervenes in the procedures which are led as stipulated by the regulations under the auspices of CEPANI, CCI, ICDR, ASA, UNCITRAL, OHADA, OCI. It also intervenes in ad hoc arbitration cases. The handled files involve, among other things, transactions, executive liability, commercial contracts, shareholder litigations and investment protocols.

Economic Law and Competition Law

Our firm advises and assists its clients on issues of economic law and helps them in their relocation efforts in Tunisia or in their endeavor to reorganize their distribution network, trade licensing agreements, franchise and other types of commercial agreements. The Gallala Law Firm team also defends our clients before the Competition Council for vertical or horizontal agreements, or for dominant position abuse.

Corporate – Fusion Acquisition – Private Equity

We very frequently handle a wide variety of acquisition and/or cession of companies. This has been the firm’s major field of activity since its inception.
